Portrait photo critique

Good Morning,

I am an amateur photographer looking to turn my passion into a career
i would love to get some feedback on my photos from  professional. i watch your videos all the time, i would like to thank you in advance for your time
………………………….
Mitchell
thank you for your submission. I am happy to talk about your photos are you are the kind of people I want to speak to. I believe you have a good photography skill level and I think you are as good as any professional. Your first image proves good knowledge of studio lighting, second image shows use of available light ( if I am mistaken, please let me know if you uses any additional artificial light) and you third one shows good understanding shooting against the sun with the fill in flash.

Interesting composition, shifting the subject on the other side of the picture. Usually one would expect to have the empty space in front of her, but it this case I do not mind it. Good example of breaking the rules. Nice light. Perhaps the model has a bit cheeky look, but that is irrelevant for this comments. You might want to pay a bit more attention in post production as I see some light grey left overs

Interesting portrait, good composition, nice close up. The image is a bit overexposed, washed out, I like a bit more power, more impact, but hey…this is a matter of taste and you do not have to follow this. This second image is contrast with the first one and it looks from a different photographer…of course it is studio versus natural light, but the difference is noticeable.

The image below has the power that the one above lacks. It is strong, nice pose, beautiful model. The only one thing I can comment one, is the hair on the model hand, ….this is not a reflection on you , but it shows and it is a bit distracting. Noting major, but as a professional, you might need to worry about this kind of details. I get to modify smaller details than this one when I am doing portraiture as the clients get back to me and ask me to touch up photos.

Other than that, you are good to go. What camera do you use?

I had a look on your website http://clvision.4ormat.com/ and I saw a lot of good portraits. My first advice which I believe in is to get your own domain name and  you own website and start doing it properly as this one is invisible in google.

form this point it is only marketing you need to worry about as I am sure you can deliver
